May I offer specials or
incentives of my own choosing? All pieces are priced as marked
and any specials that I offer are not eligible for discounts off the
special price. Obviously, you may offer your own specials …your cost
remains the same.
What about the “Chronicles or Behind The Scenes”? All pieces,
which have one, should be packaged with the “Chronicles or Behind The
Scenes”. You will have access to PDF files on the website that may be
downloaded and printed (plain paper is suitable) so that you can
enclose one to complete your order.
Am I an employee or an Independent
Contractor? You are an independent contractor. You are responsible
for your business expenses and all taxes.
May I take credit cards? You
can set up an account with PayPal or with some other merchant service
to take credit cards and to submit payments for orders.
How do I take orders? You
collect the retail price plus shipping and tax.
Who sets the retail price?
I set the US Dollar Retail and you may convert it if necessary, but it
cannot be more than the equivalent of suggested retail price

Would I have my own stock
or do you have a warehouse? These are print on demand. I do not
stock them. You submit an order for the total you want. You may
purchase some for your own stock at the discount price that is
according to the number of pieces ordered. Or sell from your kit and
just order the number for which you have orders and wait for them to
come back to you for delivery to your customers.
What about Shipping?
Each time you order your entire order will be shipped to you. You will
then be responsible for shipping or delivering to your customers
unless instructed otherwise. If the items are to be dropped shipped,
you will need to collect and send shipping and handling charges in
advance. My supplier may charge more for handling than you charge, so
keep that in mind.
How should
the pieces be packaged? You will receive them flat. Individual
prints up to 4 or 5 should be shipped in round tubes no less than 3”
in diameter. They should be gently rolled with tissue paper between
each print to avoid scratching. Damage from improper shipping is the
responsibility of the Art Representative.

Do you offer any other
packaging? If you have a situation with the possibility of a
large order, we can discuss other packaging (i.e. mounted, matted, and
bagged). This would be if we could join other orders to meet the
minimum order for packaging.
What about returned goods?
Does not happen often but it does happen. I will return your cost when
the item has been returned and the reason for the return has been
determined and legitimized.
Who is responsible for
return shipping? The customer is responsible for shipping
returned items. They should send the piece back to me. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable and merchandise must be returned
to Glenda Wilson with legitimate reason for return (i.e. damaged)

What if the merchandise
is damaged or smudged when I receive it? I will replace or
return your cost when the item has been returned and the reason for
the damage has been determined. |
